Shipping & Delivery
We ship all orders directly from our warehouse in the Netherlands. For European shipments, we work with reliable local carriers such as PostNL, DHL, La Poste, PostNord, DPD, and FedEx to ensure timely delivery.
We currently ship to the Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Poland, Portugal, Spain, and Sweden.
Shipping is free from €60. Below €60 you pay €9.95 shipping costs. More information about shipping can be found on our shipping page .
Orders placed before 23:59 will be processed and shipped the same day. Delivery times depend on the destination country.

Yes, all orders come with a tracking code, which will be provided once your order has been shipped by the carrier.
This is possible if the package has not yet been sent. Contact us via the contact form or by email. Clearly state your name + order number. Then we'll make it right.
Return & Refund
You can return the package via our return portal. For more information, view our returns page here.
Customers can always return Buvanha products free of charge within 30 days. Money back is not good! We would like to ask you not to order multiple travel towels to see which one you like best. In addition to unnecessary costs, this also takes up an extra space in the bus of a parcel deliverer. If you have any questions or doubts, feel free to contact us! We will do our very best to assist you. This is how we keep our service high in a sustainable way!
We do our best to process returns in the warehouse as quickly as possible. We aim to refund within 5 days of receipt at the warehouse. Unfortunately, processing often takes a little longer during busy times. If the money is not in the account after 10 days. Please contact us via our contact form.
We do not currently offer a direct exchange option. However, you can return the item according to our returns policy and then place a new order for the desired item.
We are sorry that the order arrived damaged! We always resolve this as quickly as possible. When you contact us via our contact form with your name, order number and a photo of the damage. we will solve it as soon as possible.
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. Please make sure to return the item in a timely manner to qualify for a refund.

Product & Care
The regular, large and double travel towel are made of a recycled waffled microfiber (45% recycled polyester, 35% polyester 20% polyamide). The small travel towel is made of a suede microfiber (80% recycled polyester, 20% polyamide).

The towel is intended for the beach. Substrates with many twigs, twigs, etc. are not recommended. This pierces through the thin cloth and is difficult to remove.
Yes and no ;) You can use it on surfaces such as sand or grass. The towel is not suitable for places with many needles, twigs or other sharp objects. These pierce through the thin and compact fiber.
Yes, the travel towels are suitable for use in the sauna. Thanks to their lightweight, compact, and quick-drying fabric, they're easy to carry and comfortable to use, even in the sauna.
No, this is not necessary. However, many customers do it to make the towel a little more flexible. We recommend washing the towel in cold water and slowly increasing the temperature to 30 degrees. Be careful without fabric softener!
The towel does not need to be washed much compared to a normal towel. They are made of an antibacterial material. As a result, the towel does not smell musty and you do not have to wash it as often. If you wash the towel again after the holiday, it is often good.
We care about our products and logically do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. However, it sometimes happens that a towel is damaged during transport or that something else happens that entitles you to a warranty claim. If you want to claim the warranty, please contact us via our contact form.
There is a 12 month warranty on the towels. If the defect falls within the warranty, we will arrange for repair or replacement free of charge. If you want to claim the warranty, please contact us via our contact form.
THE SUBSTANCE! That's the quick answer ;) Buvanha uses a waffled microfiber. The standard microfiber is made of a suede smooth microfiber. These feel rough and uncomfortable. They often stick to the skin because it absorbs too little water.
Because a Buvanha towel absorbs more water and uses a waffle structure it feels comfortable and soft on the skin, while drying super fast.
Wash the towel cold the first few times, then you can wash the towel at 30 °C in combination with similar colours.
Please note! Do not use fabric softener. This will reduce the effectiveness of the fabric.
Do not bleach / Tumble dry or iron only on a low temperature / Do not use fabric softener.
If you want to get the towel perfectly in the storage bag. You have to follow the following steps:
1. Fold the length of the towel until you have a long strip of 1/3 of the towel.
2. Then fold the towel until it is the same size as the storage bag.

All our products are made in China. The factory with which Buvanha works has been checked for certificates and for working conditions by an inspection agency.
Our towels are in accordance with the guidelines of the 'Global Recycled Standard'. Companies from more than 50 countries are members of this organization that attach great importance to the social, ecological and chemical impact of their products.

Discount codes
When a discount code does not work, it has often expired. If you have any doubts, you can contact us via the contact page. We will then check why the discount code does not work.
No, at Buvanha it is not possible to use two discount codes at the same time.
Digital gift cards
Simply select the desired quantity and order it as any other order. You will then receive an email with the digital gift card. You can print it out and give it as a gift or you can forward the email.
The recipient can then enter the gift card number at the checkout on the site. This will then be deducted from the total amount.
The gift vouchers remain valid for 2 years.
If your order is less than the value of the gift card, the remaining balance will simply remain on that gift card so you can use it another time!
Anything returned that was paid for with a gift card will be credited back to the gift card.
You can return digital gift vouchers. However, this must be done by the person who purchased the gift card.

As travelers, we get to enjoy the most beautiful and diverse places in the world every day. We are aware of the negative impact that tourism and travel can have on climate change. As a travel brand, Buvanha wants to help protect the places we love to visit often rich in biodiversity and keep them thriving.
We do this by producing our travel towels in the most sustainable way possible and by partnering with the non-profit organization One Tree Planted. For every towel we sell online, we plant a tree. In this way, we actively contribute to creating a positive impact on the planet.

Why use new materials when you can reuse existing ones? Recycling resources that are already available instead of producing new ones has many benefits.
It means fewer new raw materials → less waste ending up in our oceans and landfills. We also believe that, in the long term, this helps reduce CO₂ emissions.
And just as important: the quality of recycled materials is just as good as new materials.
First, plastic bottles that have reached the end of their life cycle (PCR) are collected and thoroughly cleaned. They are then processed into small pellets, which are melted down and turned into thread. We use this thread to weave our Buvanha towels.

We would love to make the switch to 100% recycled material as soon as possible. Unfortunately, this type of fabric is currently only available in extremely large quantities. Because of that, we have to wait a little longer, but we hope to make the transition in the near future.
